How long are studio sessions?

Session length depends on the type of session:

• Newborn sessions are unhurried and typically last 2–3 hours

• Maternity, boudoir, milestone, and cake smash sessions usually last about 45–90 minutes

I always build in flexibility so sessions feel calm, not stressful.

Can siblings or partners attend?

Yes! Partners and siblings are welcome for maternity, newborn, and milestone sessions. If you have questions about bringing additional family members, just let me know ahead of time so I can plan accordingly.

Yes. The studio is by appointment only and fully private during your session. This is especially important for boudoir, newborn, and maternity clients so you can feel comfortable and relaxed.

I’ve never done a studio session before — will you help with posing?

Absolutely. I’ll guide you through everything. My approach is gentle and natural, with simple direction so nothing feels stiff or awkward. You don’t need to know what to do — that’s my job.

The studio is used for newborn, maternity, boudoir, milestone, cake smash, and select family sessions. Each session is intentionally styled to keep the focus on connection, emotion, and you.

Do I need to bring outfits?

Nope — and this is one of my favorite parts of studio sessions.

I have a client closet available for moms and daughters, baby outfits for milestone sessions, wraps and props for newborns, and everything needed for first birthday cake smash sessions. You’re always welcome to bring your own pieces too, but it’s absolutely not required.

Yes. The studio is kept warm and cozy for newborn sessions, and everything moves at your baby’s pace. Feeding breaks, cuddles, and soothing are always encouraged — there is never any rushing.

Very much so. The studio is a judgment-free, family-friendly space designed for real life — kids, snacks, breaks, and all. Come as you are.

Very little. For most sessions, just bring:

• Yourself

Everything else is already taken care of.

Cake smash sessions include props, setup, and styling. You can bring your own cake or opt for recommendations I provide after booking. I’ll guide you through the full process so it’s fun, easy, and stress-free.
